Available on orders placed Monday–Thursday before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.
Dispatch times exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items take approximately 10–14 days to arrive to us before dispatch.
Once received, they will be shipped using your selected delivery method. Each item that is available to preorder will have an approximate dispatch date per size.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide using tracked services.
EU: 5–10 working days
Rest of world: 10–15 working days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Delays may occur if customs charges are not paid.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather or peak seasonal periods.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns Window
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must submit your return request through our returns portal within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Once your return request has been approved, the item(s) must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided and posted back to us within 14 days of approval.
International returns are not offered as standard. However, we may accept international return requests on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import charges.
All accessories, promotional gifts and additional components supplied with the item must also be returned.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed and unaltered
- Free from marks, stains, and fragrance
- With all tags and original packaging attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Items will be assessed in line with consumer rights legislation. If your item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund including any applicable shipping costs.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues caused by improper care are not considered faults.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
A £4.50 returns processing fee will be deducted per return to cover processing and handling costs.
If the original product packaging (including the protective polybag) is not returned, a £2 deduction may be applied to cover replacement packaging costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage when returning items.
Returns received outside the permitted return period may be refused and returned to the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered free of charge, subject to availability.
Store Credit
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and will be sent to the email used at checkout.
Please allow up to 7 days for your store credit to be issued once your return has been received and approved.
Final Sale & Swimwear Items
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Swimwear sets are not eligible for a return or an exchange.
